Shipping

Products are sent by regular or certified mail, depending on your selection when placing your order, within 2-5 business days. After being sent:

Within Spain it usually takes 3-7 business days, although there have been cases where it has taken several weeks. To the rest of Europe 4-30 days, and to the rest of countries 2-8 months. Please keep in mind that delivery times are very unpredictable and determining a specific date is difficult; if you need the order for a certain date please contact me before placing the order. Depending on the time of year, shipments may take longer than these deadlines.

Cancellation policies

If you want to cancel the order and the item or items in question have not yet been shipped, simply send me a message and I will cancel it with a full refund without problem. In the event that the order has already been shipped, it will be processed as if it were a return; When I receive the products intact as they were sent, I will proceed to make a full refund.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product, you have two weeks from receipt to send it back to me (shipping costs will be on your account), and when it reaches me in perfect condition, I will refund your money (shipping costs not included).

The items to be returned must be in perfect condition.

In the event that you want to be sure if the package is lost along the way and does not reach your hands, I also give the option of making the delivery in certified form, which you can select when making the purchase. Thus, knowing that it has not arrived, I will refund your money (shipping costs not included) or I can send you a new copy. If you have decided to choose regular mail and the package is lost, I will not take responsibility, since the one who has to decide whether to take the risk or not is you. In addition, in the case of Spain the difference is only a couple of euros, so you decide if it is worth it!

If you have entered a mistake in your address when placing your order and therefore the item does not arrive, no refunds will be made if the item is not returned to me: if it is returned to me, I can send it to you again with the correct address.
